Crisis Center
The Crisis Center provides the following services to survivors of battering and sexual violence. These services are free of charge, but contributions are always welcome.

24 Hour Crisis Line
Support, empowerment, and referral information from someone who really listens.

Shelter
Safe, temporary housing for battered, sexually abused or homeless women and their children.

Individual Counseling and Support Groups
Short-term counseling, advocacy, and support groups for adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse, rape and battering, including lesbians.

Community Education and Training
Educational programs for students, civic groups, law enforcement, medical personnel and county attorneys.

Outreach Services
Staff currently stationed in Wapello, Appanoose, Jefferson, Wayne, and Davis counties, providing support group, individual counseling, and court advocacy in-person to rural county residents. For more information call the Crisis Center at:  1-800-464-8340 or 641-683-3122
